When a licensed lift maintenance company identifies building work required in a shaft or access area, we can coordinate with the residents' community and deliver the agreed construction tasks. We do not perform statutory lift maintenance or issue lift certificates.

We define each intervention according to site conditions, technical scope and required coordination.

Every project is different. These are some of the aspects we consider before and during construction.

Construction, not regulated maintenance

We carry out building adaptations and repairs around lift shafts and access areas. Maintenance, testing and certification remain with authorised organisations.

Coordinating communities and lift companies

The lift company or competent technician defines the need; we agree access, masonry tasks and the work sequence with the community.

Responsibilities remain separate

Finishing the building work does not certify the lift. We neither inspect nor commission regulated equipment.

SEPARATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Construction work coordinated with the lift maintainer.

We deliver the construction tasks and coordinate with the community and authorised lift company. We do not provide statutory maintenance, inspections or certification.
